4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Our pricing may include product cost, sourcing fees, inspection charges, and logistics. Final payment must be made before goods are shipped or released.

In the event of unpaid balances, we reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel orders.

5. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to changes caused by factory delays, customs inspections, weather, or shipping issues. We will always keep you informed of any major delays.

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable once the supplier has started production or goods are in transit. Refunds will only be issued for valid, approved cases of defective or incorrect goods, verified through inspection.

Any branding, designs, logos, or proprietary information shared with us will remain the intellectual property of the client. We will not reproduce or disclose any such material without written permission.

• Legal compliance issues outside of the agreed jurisdiction
